Serious Turbo-Diesel Performance, Surprisingly Accessible.
Not every driver needs a flagship module. Some simply want a reliable, well-built product that delivers exactly what it promises — without extra complexity or a high price. Rapid LPE fills that gap directly.
Dimsport developed it as the natural successor to the Rapid LPI. Consequently, it brings genuine diesel tuning capability to cars and light commercial vehicles in a compact, affordable package. Furthermore, it draws on the same deep diesel engineering expertise that runs through the entire Rapid range — just in a more accessible form.
Familiar Quality, Smarter Engineering.
Rapid LPE keeps everything that worked in its predecessor. At the same time, it tightens up every other aspect of the design. The digital calibration console returns, so installers adjust module settings directly on-site. There is no need to connect a laptop or run additional software.
Connection goes straight to the rail sensor. As a result, wiring stays minimal, installation stays clean, and setup time drops considerably. Dimsport also miniaturised the electronics into a 7 x 5.5 cm housing. Therefore, it fits into tight engine bay spaces where larger modules simply cannot go.
Despite its small size, build quality stays fully intact. The plug & play harnesses use automotive-grade materials throughout. Additionally, every connector handles the temperature ranges and vibration loads that real vehicles produce daily.
Where Rapid LPE Fits in the Lineup
Rapid LPE sits at the entry point of Dimsport’s add-on module range for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. This position is deliberate within Dimsport’s Tuning Line strategy.
That strategy serves a specific purpose. It covers applications that Dimsport’s Race line remapping tools either miss entirely or only partially support. Rather than leaving those vehicles without a solution, the Tuning Line steps in with dedicated hardware. Rapid LPE forms the foundation of that offering. Meanwhile, Rapid TPM sits at the top of the same range.
Furthermore, Rapid LPE covers every application that the older Rapid LPI supported. So existing customers who upgrade from the previous module start with a familiar compatibility base.
How It Works: Rail Pressure Calibration
Rapid LPE targets fuel rail pressure — one of the most impactful variables in turbo-diesel engine management. It recalibrates the signal that reports diesel injection pressure in the rail. As a result, it adjusts both fuel delivery and overall engine behaviour in a measurable, consistent way.
The practical benefits follow directly. Torque output improves. Engine response sharpens. Installation stays cleaner because fewer wiring runs are involved. Moreover, the on-board calibration console lets the installer fine-tune settings on-site. Consequently, every setup matches the specific vehicle and its real operating conditions.
30 Years of Proven Engineering Behind Every Kit
Every Rapid LPE ships with a standard calibration from Dimsport’s own dyno test benches. This reflects more than three decades of hands-on piggyback module development. Furthermore, every calibration targets the best balance between performance gain and long-term reliability.
The field data supports this clearly:
- Rapid LPE delivers consistent average gains of 10–12% in both power and torque
- Rapid TPM pushes those figures to 15–18%
These results come from over 100,000 real installations across cars, vans, trucks, and tractors worldwide. They are not lab projections or best-case estimates.
Additionally, Dimsport’s specialist technical team supports custom calibration work directly. So installers can push performance further wherever the vehicle’s hardware allows.
Entry-level price. Professional-grade results. Backed by over 100,000 installations worldwide.
