One Smart Platform, Every Turbocharged Engine.
Most engine management modules handle one fuel type. Rapid TPM handles both — turbo-diesel and turbo-petrol — on a single platform. Moreover, it does so with genuine precision rather than broad-stroke adjustments.
Rapid TPM runs on a dedicated microprocessor with FLASH EPROM and RAM EEPROM memory. This gives it full control over the relevant pressure sensors. Furthermore, it monitors and influences specific signals on the vehicle’s CAN BUS line. This is the internal network that connects your car’s original electronic control units.
Every Rapid module follows one non-negotiable rule: factory safety systems stay active. The vehicle’s self-adapting ECU functions continue working normally. Engine protection protocols stay fully operational. In short, performance improves — without touching reliability. Additionally, select wiring configurations support the SAE J2716 SENT communication protocol for wider vehicle compatibility.
Turbo-Petrol Engines: Precision Where It Matters
Turbocharged petrol engines now dominate small and mid-size vehicles. They are efficient, compact, and increasingly powerful. Rapid TPM meets that reality directly.
For turbo-petrol applications, the module reads multiple engine signals at once. Specifically, it processes airflow data, intake manifold pressure, turbo boost pressure, and live engine RPM together. As a result, it enables fine-tuned engine behaviour that goes well beyond factory mapping limits.
Each installation uses vehicle-specific plug & play wiring. Consequently, every connection fits cleanly and reliably from day one — no adapters, no guesswork.
Turbo-Diesel Engines: Clean Intervention, Real Results
For turbo-diesel engines, Rapid TPM targets the rail pressure sensor signal first. This is a straightforward but highly effective intervention point. In addition, the platform modifies intake manifold pressure to manage turbo behaviour actively. It uses engine RPM and supplementary CAN line signals as reference points throughout.
The outcome is precise, efficient performance improvement — without unnecessary complexity.
One Module. Every Application.
The core TPM module stays identical across all supported vehicles. Only the wiring and firmware change between applications. This makes the platform genuinely versatile.
Dimsport pairs the standard module with vehicle-specific plug & play wiring and writes a custom firmware profile through Rapid Management software. Together, these create a tailored kit for each individual application. Furthermore, every kit includes a factory-tested standard calibration from Dimsport. For installers who want to go further, Rapid Management also supports real-time live tuning with professional precision.
30 Years of Real-World Performance Data Behind Every Module
Dimsport builds every standard calibration on its own dyno test benches. These controlled tests find the best balance between reliability, fuel efficiency, and outright performance. The results are consistent:
- LPE modules deliver average power and torque gains of 10–12%
- TPM modules push those figures to 15–18% on average
These are not projected figures. Instead, they come from over 100,000 real installations across cars, vans, trucks, and agricultural machinery worldwide.
Additionally, Dimsport’s specialist technical team supports custom calibration work directly. So installers can push performance further still — extracting every percentage point the engine’s hardware can deliver.
Performance you can measure. Reliability you can trust. Built on three decades of proven engineering.
