Advanced Headlight Alignment System with Integrated Diagnostics
eLight is the most advanced headlight alignment system available today, designed to meet the demands of modern vehicles equipped with complex lighting technologies. While headlights were once simple components, today’s vehicles use halogen, xenon, LED, and soon laser-based lighting systems, combined with intelligent technologies such as AFS (Adaptive Front Lighting System) and GFHB (Glare-Free High Beam).
Modern headlights are often linked with electronic systems like cameras, radar sensors, and steering controls, making accurate alignment more critical than ever. As a result, workshops and PTI centres need a next-generation solution that goes beyond mechanical adjustment.
eLight is the first headlight aligner with integrated electronic diagnostics. Using a built-in camera, advanced algorithms, and automatic self-diagnostics, it identifies the headlight type and ensures extremely precise alignment. The system can also generate a digital alignment report, which can be attached to job cards or inspection records. eLight is already compliant with upcoming PTI regulations, making it a future-ready investment.
Two Versions, Same High Performance
TEXA eLight is available in two versions: ONE and ONED. Both models share the same high-quality aluminium body, offering strength, precision, and lightweight handling—ideal for daily workshop use. Each version is powered by a high-capacity lithium battery, providing enough autonomy for a full working day.
The system is designed for excellent ergonomics, allowing technicians to perform headlight alignment quickly and comfortably. The large Fresnel lens (340 × 200 mm) easily accommodates modern headlights, which are increasingly larger and irregular in shape.
Integrated Autodiagnostics for Smarter Alignment
eLight ONE
The ONE version is designed for workshops already using TEXA diagnostic equipment. It works in combination with AXONE Nemo 2 or AXONE 5 and a TEXA Navigator interface, adding advanced headlight alignment functionality to existing diagnostic setups.
Using IDC5 software, technicians can communicate directly with the vehicle’s electronic control units related to lighting systems. This allows reading fault codes, viewing live parameters, and performing necessary adjustments. In this configuration, eLight’s autodiagnostic features seamlessly integrate with the workshop’s existing diagnostic tools.
eLight ONED
The ONED version features a built-in 7-inch swivelling TFT touch screen, allowing it to operate as a standalone headlight alignment and diagnostic tool. It includes its own integrated diagnostics but can also be connected to other TEXA diagnostic tools for expanded functionality, offering maximum flexibility for different workshop needs.
