Transportable ADAS Camera Calibration Solution for Trucks

CCS 2 Dynamics is TEXA’s first transportable ADAS calibration system specifically designed for light commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. Built for flexibility and precision, this solution allows workshops and service centres to perform professional camera calibration without the need for a fixed installation.

The system is compact, stable, and modular, making it easy to disassemble and transport in a small van. This makes CCS 2 Dynamics ideal for mobile service providers, truck workshops, and PTI centres working with advanced driver assistance systems.

To ensure accurate setup, CCS 2 Dynamics uses Bluetooth laser distance measurers that communicate directly with IDC5 automotive diagnostic software. A guided procedure helps technicians achieve perfect positioning, reducing errors and saving time during calibration.

The structure is equipped with four castor wheels for quick positioning and includes stabilising feet for secure operation. It also offers horizontal and axial adjustments, ensuring precise alignment in any workshop environment.
